Service Scope and Applicability

YsVPN provides network acceleration for cross-border access and access to international websites, covering 90+ countries / 200+ routes and supporting Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Available routes, entry locations, and connection methods may change based on network conditions, maintenance schedules, and destination service policies. Users should rely on the information shown in the service interface at the time of use.

The service is designed to improve international route connectivity and data transmission paths. It does not control third-party websites, applications, or content platforms. Regional availability, account policies, content licenses, and access conditions for third-party services are set by those services themselves. YsVPN makes no promise regarding the continued availability, accuracy, or suitability of third-party content.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. Users must protect their login credentials and are responsible for subscription management, route connections, and other activity under their accounts. If credentials may have been exposed or an account appears abnormal, users should change the password promptly and stop distributing related access information.

Subscriptions support unlimited simultaneous devices and are intended for devices managed and controlled by the user. Unlimited devices does not mean that a subscription may be resold, publicly posted, or shared with unrelated third parties. Selling, renting, or distributing accounts or subscription information in bulk is prohibited. The service may not be used to operate unauthorized relay, access-sharing, or connection services for others.

Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date. When upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated based on the remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and never expire. Users should confirm the plan type before purchase and manage subscriptions and remaining data according to the rules displayed in the service interface.

Acceptable Use Requirements

When using the service, users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in their location and in the destination they access, and respect third-party terms of service, intellectual property, and network management rules. The service must not be used for unlawful activity, network attacks, malicious scanning, fraud, harassment, distribution of illegal content, infringement of others’ rights, or interference with the normal operation of networks and systems.

Users must not attempt to damage service infrastructure, evade account access controls, interfere with route resource allocation, or send abnormal automated requests to websites, service interfaces, or network resources. Users who carry out such actions are responsible for any resulting complaints, losses, or legal liabilities.

Availability and Account Termination

Cross-border connections may be affected by local network quality, carrier routing, device configuration, system permissions, destination service status, and necessary maintenance. YsVPN maintains routes and service features based on actual conditions, but cannot guarantee identical performance for every route across all regions, devices, and network environments.

For temporary interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, emergency failures, changes in network conditions, third-party service adjustments, or events beyond its control, YsVPN will respond within a reasonable scope. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is not liable for indirect losses arising from inaccessible third-party content, improper device configuration, or a user’s violation of these terms.

If an account is involved in subscription resale or public sharing, unlawful use, malicious consumption of route resources, attacks on service facilities, or another serious violation of these terms, YsVPN may restrict features, suspend service, or terminate the account based on the level of risk. When necessary, YsVPN may retain account and order records relevant to dispute resolution.

Refunds and Changes to These Terms

A full, no-questions-asked refund may be requested within 60 days of the first payment. Refund requests must be submitted through the process provided in the service interface and will be assessed against the relevant order and actual payment record. Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT are supported payment methods. The specific refund status is shown on the order page.

YsVPN may revise these terms due to service changes, changes in laws and regulations, or updates to operating rules. Updated content will be published on this page, and the last-updated month at the top will be changed accordingly. Important changes affecting user rights and obligations will be explained through the website or service interface. Continued use of the service after an update means that the user accepts the revised terms.
