Customer Support & Tickets

Submit tickets through the user panel for account, subscription, client connection, international routing, billing, and refund issues. Tickets are handled in submission order, with replies and additional details kept in the same thread for easy follow-up.

Before submitting, describe your platform, the symptoms, selected route, troubleshooting steps already tried, and any message shown on the page. Complete details help identify whether the issue involves account settings, client configuration, route selection, or the local network.

TICKET

User panel tickets

Use tickets for account access, subscription status, client connections, route selection, payment records, and refund requests. Tickets enter the queue in submission order, and response time varies with issue complexity, the completeness of the information provided, and whether reproduction is needed.

Return to the user panel after submitting to check for replies. If screenshots or error messages are needed, add them to the original ticket rather than splitting the same issue across multiple tickets.

EMAIL

Email

No public support email address is currently available, so issues cannot be submitted through email and no response time can be provided for that channel. For written help with account, subscription, billing, or refund matters, use a user panel ticket so all correspondence stays in one record.

TELEGRAM

Telegram

No public Telegram support account is currently available, so issues cannot be submitted through Telegram and no response time can be provided for that channel. To avoid contacting an unverified account, open the ticket center directly from this site through the user panel.

Ticket details: What to include

Make the ticket title a direct summary of the issue, such as “Subscription status not updated,” “Windows client won’t connect,” or “Japan route access issue.” Start by explaining the expected result, then describe what actually happened, and finish with the troubleshooting steps completed. Avoid vague descriptions such as “doesn’t work” or “too slow,” which provide too little context for diagnosis.

Account & Subscription

Describe the subscription status currently shown, any message on the relevant page, and what you did before the issue appeared. YsVPN registration requires no email address; a username and password are sufficient. Never include your password in a ticket.

Connections & Clients

Specify whether you are using Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, or Linux, and indicate whether the client is at the import, connection, or verification stage. If an error appears, copy it in full or attach a screenshot, and note whether switching to another route changes the result.

Routes & Access

State the region where the target service is located, the currently selected exit region, and whether the issue is persistent or limited to a specific network environment. YsVPN covers 90+ countries and 200+ routes; choose a route that matches the target region first, then troubleshoot in light of the local network conditions.

Billing & Refunds

Include the relevant plan, payment method, and status shown on the order page. YsVPN supports Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT, and offers a 60-day no-questions-asked refund. For order-related matters, submit a user panel ticket so the account record can be checked.

Security reminder: Do not include your account password, payment password, or complete payment credentials in a ticket. To explain a payment issue, provide the order status visible in the user panel and only the necessary screenshots.

Common support questions

Where can I see replies after submitting a ticket?
Sign in to the user panel and open the ticket center to view existing tickets, their status, and subsequent replies. If more information is needed, add it to the original ticket.
How can I get in touch without a public email address or Telegram account?
Use the ticket center in the user panel. Account, subscription, connection, routing, billing, and refund issues can all be submitted there.
What information should I provide for a connection issue?
Provide the platform, the client step where the issue occurs, selected route, complete error message, symptoms, and troubleshooting steps already tried. Do not submit your account password.
Can I request a refund through a ticket?
Yes. YsVPN offers a 60-day no-questions-asked refund. Sign in to the relevant account and include the order details and request in your ticket.
Do I need to submit separate tickets for issues on multiple devices?
YsVPN does not limit the number of devices that can be online at the same time. If the devices use the same subscription and show related symptoms, describe each platform and its behavior in one ticket. If the symptoms differ, separate them clearly into sections.
