Privacy Policy
Last updated:
This policy explains how YsVPN handles relevant data when providing cross-border access, international routes, and subscription services. Processing is limited to the information necessary for account management, service delivery, order verification, security maintenance, and site improvements. By continuing to access the website or use the services, you acknowledge that you have read this policy. If you do not agree with these practices, you should stop using the relevant features.
Data Collection and Use
No email address is required to register; a username and password are sufficient, so YsVPN does not collect a registration email address. The account system processes the username, encrypted authentication information, account status, plan status, and used traffic needed to deliver the service. This data is used to authenticate users, display subscription status, enforce traffic rules, and address account security matters.
Order records include the selected item, amount due and amount paid, payment channel, transaction status, creation and completion times, and refund status. They are used to deliver orders, verify transactions, resolve disputes, and meet necessary financial obligations. Website analytics may include page requests, browser and device categories, referring pages, basic network information, and error events. This data is used to assess page availability, troubleshoot issues, and prevent abnormal requests. Analytics are used primarily in aggregated form and are not used to build profiles of browsing interests.
No Logs and Connection Data
YsVPN follows a no-logs approach. We do not record which websites users visit, which online services they use, or what content they transmit. We also do not retain DNS queries or long-term connection logs that could be used to reconstruct specific browsing activity. While the service is running, it may temporarily process technical states required to establish a connection, such as authentication results, route selection, traffic measurement, and fault status. This information is used only to maintain the current service, enforce plan rules, and diagnose operational issues.
Temporary connection states are not retained as browsing records after a session or related task ends. Cumulative traffic data retained to maintain account status reflects usage only and does not include destinations or transmitted content. If an account security incident, payment dispute, or legally required response occurs, YsVPN processes only the data actually held at that time and relevant to the matter; it does not create additional historical browsing records.
Cookies and Local Storage
The website and user panel use cookies or browser local storage to save login status, session identifiers, language preferences, interface settings, and necessary security markers. This data keeps signed-in sessions active, reduces repeated setup, and ensures that page features work properly. It is not used for cross-site tracking.
Users can clear the relevant data through their browser settings. After it is cleared, login status and preferences may be lost, requiring users to sign in again or make their selections again. If the browser blocks necessary storage, the account panel, order process, or subscription delivery features may not work properly. If site analytics write an identifier, it is used only to distinguish repeat visits, analyze page operation, and detect abnormal traffic.
Third-Party Payment Processing
YsVPN supports Alipay / WeChat / USDT. Payment confirmation is handled by the relevant payment service or network, and payment credentials submitted during checkout are subject to that third party’s rules and privacy policy. YsVPN generally receives the transaction ID, amount, channel, status, and time needed to complete an order. We do not store complete payment credentials handled directly by third parties.
Payment services may retain transaction data to meet their own compliance, security, and dispute-handling requirements. Users should review the relevant service’s rules before making a payment. Data processing independently determined by a third party is not replaced by this policy. YsVPN limits information received from payment results to what is necessary for order confirmation, refunds, account reconciliation, and risk control.
Retention, Deletion, and Policy Updates
Account details are retained while the account is active to continue providing subscription and account management features. Order and refund records are retained until transaction disputes, necessary account reconciliation, and applicable obligations have ended. After analytics have been aggregated, used for troubleshooting, or reviewed for security purposes, they are deleted, de-identified, or retained only as results that cannot be directly linked to a specific account. Data is not retained beyond the period necessary for its purpose.
Users can submit requests to access, correct, or delete account details through the ticket function in the user panel. Account control may need to be verified before a request is processed to prevent unauthorized action. Once a deletion request is completed, data unrelated to ongoing service delivery is removed from systems used for normal operations. Records that must be retained for transaction disputes, refund processing, security incidents, or applicable obligations are handled under the relevant rules after those matters end.
This policy may be updated when service processes, technical implementation, or applicable rules change. The updated version will be published on this page, and the last-updated date at the top will be revised. Significant changes to the scope of data processing will be announced through available on-site channels. We recommend reviewing this page periodically before continuing to use the services so you are aware of the current processing practices.
